Once your order is delivered, you may request a return or exchange (as applicable) from the 'Orders' section on our website.

A delivery executive will collect the item within 7 working days of your request.
For returns, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method (or to your bank account in case of Cash on Delivery) within 5-7 working days, after the returned item passes a quality check.
For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped to your original address at no additional cost.

Cash On Delivery Details

Terms And Conditions

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders between ₹500 to ₹3,000. However, COD is not applicable if your order includes one or more "Made to Order" products. Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery, as our delivery personnel may not carry change.
