We usually ship most orders within 24 hours of purchase. Once shipped, your package is handed over to our courier partner for delivery. You can check the live tracking status anytime by going to My Orders.
If your delivery is delayed, please allow an additional 24–48 hours as courier updates may take time to reflect. Delays can happen due to weather, routing, or logistics issues. Don’t worry — your order is still on the way.
You can cancel your order directly from My Orders as long as the order hasn’t been processed or packed. Usually, this window remains open for about 3 hour after placing the order.
If the order is already packed or shipped, cancellation won’t be possible. In this case, you can simply refuse delivery at the doorstep. For prepaid orders, your refund will be initiated once the refused package is received back at our facilit

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, RuPay), net banking from all major banks, UPI payments through apps like Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and BHIM, as well as digital wallets such as Saziya Wallet, Paytm, and Mobikwik. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available in select locations.
