Cancellation Policy
Saziya reserves the right to cancel any order without providing an explanation. We assure you that communication regarding the cancellation of an order or refund will be promptly communicated.
Order Cancellation
- You can cancel the order from the “My Order” section in your Account.
- Cancellation is only possible within 6 hours after placing the order. Once the order is marked “Ready to Ship” or “Shipped” cancellation is no longer available. You may refuse delivery, and a refund will be processed once the shipment is returned.
Payment Refund
- A full refund, including any shipping charges, will be credited to your account if the order is cancelled in time or refused at delivery.
- Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
Important Notes
This policy only applies to order cancellations. For returns after delivery, please refer to our Return Policy.
Saziya reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion without prior explanation. You will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed.
In case of repeated or suspicious cancellation activity, Saziya reserves the right to refuse or limit future orders to protect our service integrity.
