Standard Delivery
We dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours of placement.
Once your order has been shipped, the delivery timeframe depends on your location:

Cash On Delivery (COD)
A flat fee of ₹50 applies to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. (This is in addition to any applicable shipping charges.)

- While we strive to deliver your order on time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical delays may occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Self-Shipping for Returns
If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you can self-ship your return to the address below:
Saziya Accessories – 207, Naseem Compound, Dhaniv Baug Talav, Nallasopara East, Vasai, Maharashtra – 401209.
Important Instructions:
- Securely pack the item(s) to prevent damage in transit.
- Include your Order ID and Registered Mobile Number on the package.
Return Conditions:
All returned item(s) must be
- Unused and Unworn.
- Returned with original tags and packaging intact.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will initiate your full product refund within 48 hours.
Note: If you return the item via self-shipping, we will not deduct the ₹100 reverse pickup fee from your refund.
Courier Recommendation for Returns
- Please do not use The Professional Couriers — they are not reliable for returns.
- We recommend using India Post – Speed Post, a trusted government service with the widest delivery network.
- Make sure your courier cost does not exceed the product value.
Tip: Keep your courier receipt and tracking number until your return is successfully processed.
Reasons for Failed Delivery
A delivery attempt may fail due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Recipient unavailable or phone number not reachable
- Delivery location in a restricted zone
- COD payment not made at the time of delivery
- Recipient has relocated from the address
Note: After three failed delivery attempts, your order will be automatically cancelled.
